Westech Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Westech Website and the services provided by Westech (Pty) Ltd,
a South African IT support and managed services provider. By accessing the Website or engaging Westech for any service,
you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Services

Westech provides professional IT support and managed services including, but not limited to:
network administration, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, IT audits, helpdesk support, hardware and software supply,
data backup, and remote monitoring. Specific terms of service, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
apply per individual client contract.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that breaches local or international law,
is fraudulent, or causes harm to the Website, Westech’s reputation, or its systems. Attempts to gain unauthorised access
to the Website or related systems are strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including software, design, text, and media, is owned by or licensed to Westech.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written consent from Westech.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Westech complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).
Personal data collected via the Website or service engagements is processed lawfully and securely. Client data is treated
as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for service provision purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Westech aims to deliver uninterrupted, high-quality IT services, we cannot guarantee that systems will be error-free
or that service interruptions will not occur. Westech shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages,
including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to Website use or IT service provision, unless due to gross negligence.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain adequate security on their devices and networks, and comply with all
agreed SLAs. Westech will not be responsible for issues arising from client mismanagement, unauthorised system changes,
or failure to follow professional advice provided.

7. Payment and Billing

All invoices are due within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur interest charges. Westech reserves the right
to suspend services in the event of non-payment. Hardware or software purchases remain the property of Westech until paid in full.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as per the terms of the SLA. Upon termination,
the client remains responsible for all outstanding fees. Westech may retain or delete client data as permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Westech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updated versions will be published
on the Website and take effect immediately upon posting.
