- UPS to manage load-shedding

Terms and Conditions:
- A virtual onboarding process is required
- All prices are excluding Vat
- Erros and omissions exempt
- Virtual Support packages are not refundable
- Virtual Support packages are payable upfront
- Top ups must be purchased when units run out
- Virtual Support units expire after 6 months
Once virtual support is no longer required, onsite IT Audits and Assessments will be arranged and a full SLA can be entered into
