Equipment Financing With Westech
Equipment loans with Westech are much like any other business loan – we require a deposit before any equipment is handed over, you’ll undergo the normal loan underwriting process, and we will ask you to provide the usual information such as your credit score and financials.
We follow a traditional payment structure, and should an individual piece equipment become obsolete, for example, the loan is not affected.
As soon as the loan is paid off, we will provide you with the title to the equipment.
Equipment Leasing For Your Business
Equipment leasing with Westech requires no money down, no collateral and no lien.
Our lease application process is simple, too! Depending on the value of the equipment, lease approval can take place within 24 hours. Even better is that most of lease agreements include an option to purchase – so once the terms of lease are over, you can choose to own it or not.
If you choose to buy the equipment at the end of the lease period, the title to the equipment is released to you at that time.
You don’t have to agree to purchase the equipment when leasing from us. In fact, should the equipment become obsolete, you have the option to return it at the end of the lease rather than purchasing it.
