Buying Copilot licences is easy. Getting people to actually use them well is the real work. Most teams stall because staff do not know what to ask, so adoption hinges on showing concrete, role specific examples rather than generic demos. A salesperson cares about drafting follow up emails, a finance clerk cares about Excel analysis, and a manager cares about Teams meeting summaries.

Good prompting is a learnable skill, and short, regular sessions beat one long workshop that everyone forgets. Pair that with an internal usage policy so people know what is and is not safe to put into a prompt. Westech covers the safe usage side in our guide to Copilot and data safety, and our Westech Copilot service page includes onboarding and training support.
