Whether Copilot 365 is worth it comes down to time saved against the licence cost. If Copilot saves each user a few hours a week on drafting, summarising and analysis, the productivity gain usually outweighs the monthly fee well before the year is out. The catch is that the value only appears when people actually adopt it, which is why rollout and training matter as much as the licence.
To measure return, pick a baseline before you start, then track concrete things: hours spent on reporting, email turnaround, meeting follow up time and output quality. Microsoft also provides usage analytics so you can see who is active. Westech helps you frame the business case in our complete Copilot guide, set against the figures in our Copilot pricing FAQ.
