You will need:

  • A reliable laptop or PC
  • An Internet Connection – LTE or Fibre
  • Access to company applications
  • Phone or access to cloud based company PABX
  • UPS to manage load-shedding

Terms and Conditions:

  • A virtual onboarding process is required
  • All prices are excluding Vat
  • Erros and omissions exempt
  • Virtual Support packages are not refundable
  • Virtual Support packages are payable upfront
  • Top ups must be purchased when units run out
  • Virtual Support units expire after 6 months

Once virtual support is no longer required, onsite IT Audits and Assessments will be arranged and a full SLA can be entered into
