In House Workshop

Our in-house workshop which operates Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 17:00 offers repair services for pc’s, laptops, printers and scanners, networking equipment such as switches and routers; for all major brands such as Acer, HP, Toshiba, Mercer, Sony, Apple Mac, IBM, Fujitsu Siemens etc. We also do data recovery, antivirus installations, downgrades (from Windows Vista to Windows XP), data backups, data transfers and BIOS upgrades.

There is a minimum of 2 working days turnaround time on all equipment brought into the workshop and should there be bigger problems the client will be notified by the workshop staff as to what the problem is and how long it will take to get the problem fixed.

There is a standard assessment fee of R150 charged by the workshop and an escalation fee should the machine be out of warranty.

To ensure fast turnaround time clients must please make sure that all license keys and hardware are supplied when the machine is brought in.
