Proactive Service & Preventative Maintenance Solutions
At Westech we create cost effective solutions to inject your company’s level of efficiency and productivity. In order to secure a proactive relationship, a Service Level Agreement is signed giving the client access to easily reachable technicians and the accompanying Preventative Maintenance Strategy as apposed to fire fighting technique. Load shedding, lightning or ineffective back-up solutions have severe repercussions on specifically the SME companies and so, our DataShield technology ensures a control measure to these realities. DataShield’s utility allows for automated, monitored daily back-ups, off-site data storage and onsite backup maintenance, scheduled testing and disaster recovery in a systematic manner.

We also aim to minimise internet usage to only the essential, saving company productivity via Mako technology. This way you control which sites are blocked from your network. The Mako device also allows for secure VPN connections within your business network.
